whatever: I can't really verify this when the file has been uploaded to a random filehoster without date information etc. because someone could just upload it to troll and claim that it has been stolen from there.

Man, cool down. I don't get it why it is so bad that your files get copied. This is the Internet, the worst enemy of copyright.
I know lots of people just copied my files without my permission (WTF!) but I never punished anyone for that. For example, |jUsTiN| took for his map de_druglab_JW some tiles from my map de_bananarama. But there are lots of others of non-permissed files from me around there. I am not going to punch anyone in the face for using my files. Because some good maps were created with these files. I published them to spread them, not to prevent spreading. Otherwise, I wouldn't have published the files!
