I made this thread because i was impressed when I saw another forum with a stickied thread similar to this. It was really neat and clean. Anyways, I want people to report stolen/re-sizes because it ticks people off and is illegal. It breaks:
Permission:I created this file / I have explicit permission to upload it
Copyright:I'm absolutely sure that I do not violate any copyrights
I also wanted to report a illegal file. it is:

Tbh, maps should have a "password" option.
That you could lock your map. No one could edit it unless they type in the password you thought of.

Most map-makers become very pissed if their map is stolen without any credit (unless they don't care about their map ofc.).

@Jermuk: yes, but there are 2 different cases:

• the file has been uploaded to unrealsoftware.de: I'm forced to care about it (otherwise I'm guilty as well because I run this website)

• the file has NOT been uploaded to unrealsoftware.de: I absolutely don't care because I'm not responsible. this can be a case for a lawyer or something.

about the sound: I'm rather sure that they took that sound from a game (which is done with almost all sounds). it's actually not a good thing either but I also took the sounds from the original cs for cs2d so this is probably a thing which has to be tolerated

I don't think that this file needs to be removed.

Yeah, the sound was from CS, until I did hundreds of reedits so I can make it perfect for Minigun, thats actually mp5.wav reedited to sound like Minigun.
