That's not a bug, this happens in nearly every Shooter. Also in BattleField3 or something. It's just a matter of your both internet speed and the distance to the server and to all players.

You can make a heat seeking rocket installation yourself if you really want it, so it would follow players, their weaponry, turrets and random explosions - I guess that's pretty much everything that produces heat in CS2D.

Sprinting would only be good if attacking is disabled during sprint. but that leads to possible bugs.
SkullzOrig: The player's in cs2d are already sprinting if you hold down shift your walking. BTW! i think the next version will be a months again so my idea is to the new protection for cs2d! to not prevent hacking!

If he is talking moving faster while in game, then that will depend on the server's host.
