Well yeah the problem is...every time i try to open counter strike 2D by cliking on the icon and where it says"Counter-strike 2D".It normally does what any program with fullscreen does...BUT...it doesn't even open fully it just auto quits and thats pretty much it.So i only use the launcher becose thats the only one that works, all th others dont.Please tell me what should i do.

I cant it doesn't work neither the only way i play in by using the launcher(Which is windowed mode too).

maybe it is because of Opengl/DirectX. Try both. also make sure that you have the latest video card drivers etc.

redownloading is not a solution if the game already works with the launcher. in this case you can be sure that no files are damaged and so redownloading will not help.

I've had this problem since the 2-3 earlier versions, aswell.
I can't run the standard Counter-Strike 2D executable, I know my computer can run many games by it's different graphic renders. But as far as I know, the main executable just opens and closes. It does load sometimes for some seconds but it auto-close, in a strange way.

These renders OpenGL and DirectX are functional, although CS2D max won't let me run nothing else than the custom launch or the editable .bat files. The Standard executable of CS2D max does not work, and I wonder why?

I can play, but still what's the reason why I can't open the main executable? that's the question.

Yeah i had this problem too.But i didn't care if i played in windowed mode or fullscreened.What i care is that CS2D is fun

Maybe try to use launcer try directX or openGL , maybe update ur drivers to a latest version/better suitable for cs2d .
Also use launcher to launch full screen if okay .

EDIT: w8 nevermind i just tried on my own comp and alt+enter doesn't work on cs2d

I always used to have this problem just update ur DIRECTX or update ur opengl and if that dosent work delete programs that u dont use to give more spce and if that dosent work get a other version of cs2d
