If you want a server where more than 6 players can play laggfree, you have to buy a "DEDICATED SERVER". Thats not the tool for CS2D but the hardware and a good internet connection!

and server HARDWARE (computers)
what you buy is not the software! it is a computer which is online all the time and which has a very fast internet connection. much faster than the average home internet connection. as TheKilledDeath already said the normal connection of most users is not fast enough to host servers with many players and good pings.
i use to pay 60$ a month to host an array of servers 5-6 servers.
60*12=720 dollars yearly.
Its not cheap to host dedicated servers.
If you plan on hosting servers try to get a Linux box ive had better servers with linux rather than windows.

Oho, i just saw you answered to me. Also i recognise now u said use to pay, so you dont host for TGV anymore? Are there any TGV Servers left? I havent played cs2d for a long time now. Do you remember this idea we once spoken about that YOU host a Server for ME? That still sounds good in my ears Aji.

I'll probably have to ban people who want to have threads by others closed or deleted in future. it is just pretty annoying and needless spam.
