Why i can't open the crate that is for the picklock??

Is it the crate that said"the crate is too stable' when i hit it??

I have tried to take the key in hand and then click the crate.
when I click the left mouse button, it said "can't use"
When I click the right mouse button, nothing happen...

I have also tired to click "Use" the picklock, it also said "can't use"...

Can anyone help me???
