try to play cs2d in the windowed/fullscreen mode instead of the mode you're using. (re-)download and install your graphics drivers or even try older versions of the drivers (re-)download and install directX http://img216.imageshack.us/img216/4418/bugcs2dum9.jpg
it just happens like 1 second like not even and just goes away but it keeps on doing it over and over again
i think it can be linked up with directX 10 graphic cards?
but I think, although this bug sometimes goes over the whole screen, this is not so important, and I wait till CS2D Max and hope that this problem will not exist no more

try with "highquality" or "normal" windowed mode...
If doesnt work, try with VSync enabled in options...
