CS2D General headshootheadshoot
21 replies1. you can add an function which checks if your pointer is axactky at the player when you shoot. if this is true you do an headshot, else you do an regular body hit.
2. you can also add an special feature, that you see an bar at the right side in your hud, and you have to scroll up and down, and then you are able to hit the head, the body the feet, or shoot too low or too high, and if you are exactly at the player and the scroll bar is at the head you do an headshot
but i think the second choice would not be verry funny, but i like the first choice, and it should be easy to use this feature

head shots are impractical, who in there right mind would even want to waste their time to scroll up and down during a firefight?
that is the reason why i write it wouldn`t be funny. that was a feature with was dicussed in cs2dn, but cs2dn allready had a feature that u do more damage when the pointer is exactly at the enemy durring fire, and it was pretty cool, but then the source code was mistakely deleted
and this (not the fucking scroll thing) will be a cool addon, cuz u get a bonus for very good aiming, and you maybe dont do so much distance shoots, and wait for an exactly aim. its then more strategic
The BLUE would be normal damage hitbox.
The RED would do about 150% damage when hit.
ps: I think the zones should be subdivided
there are the limbs, the back, and the torso

If this feature is implemented in CS2D I would like the game so much more. It would be nice to have something like this:
The BLUE would be normal damage hitbox.
The RED would do about 150% damage when hit.
The BLUE would be normal damage hitbox.
The RED would do about 150% damage when hit.
I would think the hitbox is better like this, with free view in the front and the back.
The cons are that you only are able to shoot a headshot while standing infront of the player's view, but I think that's a pros really.
You don't want people to go "headshot!" everytime they kill someone, I think this is the best that way.
Have any better suggestion?
Per example:
AWP shoot in blue area: 33hp
AWP shoot in green area: 66hp
AWP shoot in red area: 100hp
Deagle shoot in blue area: 16hp
Deagle shoot in green area: 24hp
Deagle shoot in red area: 32hp
AK-47 shoot in blue area: 8hp
AK-47 shoot in green area: 12hp
AK-47 shoot in red area: 16hp
MP5 shoot in blue area: 6hp
MP5 shoot in green area: 8hp
MP5 shoot in red area: 10hp
SG552 shoot in blue area: 8hp
SG552 shoot in green area: 11hp
SG552 shoot in red area: 14hp
SG552 shoot in blue area (with zoom): 10hp
SG552 shoot in green area (with zoom): 14hp
SG552 shoot in red area (with zoom): 18hp
If everyone liked, I can make the value for all weapons
Nothing specific about the green line, actually when I created it thought of the RGB (Red, green, blue) color manipulation or whatever, lol.
Focus on the red and blue, the blue is the area that you won't get headshot from, but the red in other hand you could shoot a headshot and give 99hp in damage.
That leaves the opponent with 1hp left and when you hit the opponent again it could hit anywhere right? so you don't want to miss the chance of a headshot so you need to aim in the area I've indicated as "red" to get a headshot. Hitting the opponent in the "blue" area will make him dead, and you lose the chance of a headshot.
That's a bit I've been thinking about.
Green area only 1 px. how do he could be so accurated to hit it?!
It should be luck to hit such thing...
It need to be shorter!
