The Name of the FREE Setup Tool, I used is "EasySetup".
It's great and you don't have to be an expert for setup scripts. It's completly based on Graphic Platform. You can create an Installer with Startmenu Entries, Desktop Icons, own Pics in the Installer and included Uninstaller. There are much more features, but I can't tell you all.
