I get the error "Unable to create 3D scene" when I run Counter-Strike 2D
Counter-Strike 2D requires a 3D graphics card which supports Direct3D! If your card supports Direct3D: Install the latest drivers and the latest version of DirectX!

But they didn't tell me where to get it, or what kind...

then go to microsoft.com and search for directX
