I tried the -window and that does not work

Did you tried one of the bat-Files? Or are you using WinVista, perhaps AeroGlass problems with windowed DirectX-Apps, too (currently there are problems with windowed OpenGL-Apps, at least rumored)

The bat file works. i was adding the -window to a shortcut of the exe. thanx
