I need to create a rpg server
4 replies I have been playing cs 2d for a long time, but despite everything I saw that there are rpg servers that are not for download, that are created by users, I would like to know how they are created or from what, I do not understand much and would appreciate some help 
You shouldn't, just make it from scratch. Sorry I put things that are already answered but I don't know where to look for the answers
But I am looking for how to create a specific RPG server (A Server With Mobs, powers, skins, etc.) You need to setup a dedicated server on your PC with an RPG script (maybe look here)
