No, sorry, you can't retrieve the mouse position of dead players via cs2d lua cmd player. This is because the server does not have this data because there is no reason to send it for dead players.
Updated the documentation accordingly.

I think cs2d lua cmd reqcld + cs2d lua hook clientdata should also work for dead players though.
