Easy fix: log out and play without login.

If that's no option for you you can try restarting CS2D or clicking the little icon next to the U.S.G.N. login state in the main menu before connecting to a server.

Also if it only happens on a particular server you may try using another server.

This problem may also occur if your account is used by more than one person. In case of doubt change your password.
