Hey guys !

Took me a while to sit down and make a new one, but PCS Magazine series have a new release with issue # 4 !

I kept on mind some of the feedback i was given by some guys of the community with the previous issue, so i tried different fonts, images etc.

Featuring in this magazine:

- Tournament News
- Clan News
- Advertisement section (on test, added Piwi's creation for it !)
- PCS Awards revealed award list !

Really really good job in very deed. Since in CS2D, modding is little bit more ahead than the competitive scene, would be good if there is a section which is about new mods. By the way, what is the actual time that you did spend on it?
