DC implemented countermeasures before, it's just a matter of time until they're worked around. There's never a 100% foolproof, easy way to stop hackers.

The mechanism and the core functionality of VAC is quite complex. Firstly, whenever you connect to a "VAC secured" server, the software scans the memory and processes of your machine in a heuristic way to detect possible cheats or unknown ones. If VAC found something weird or suspicious in computer's memory it will be analyzed either by Valve engineers or by cheat codes database. If the code is confirmed then it will be send to the database and your account will be flagged immediately for setting up a VAC ban in your account which it may take some time (hours - days and even weeks and months) depending on the complexity of the cheat.

DC doesn't just need only to work into a similar VAC system for CS2D and other games which use U.S.G.N. service but also buying another server database which it can cost a loan of money for that and he will never do this anyway. 1. sign up for the tournament

I'm sorry but there is no efficient way to get rid of cheaters. Especially not in an entirely free game where they can just come back without accounts or with new free accounts.
