This is not like in the game(cs2d), where:
If i'm admin - i can just ban you, i can just kick you, i can kill you with laser and use speedmod.. (some logic from some guys)
If you get what i mean, you'll understand the answer.

The only thing i have second login @user Carcass: i made for my friend, cause he said i can't make, so i made for him, but he betrayed me and i change password.. That's why i change it from Redbull to carcass.. Anyway i'm not active in that acc(cause i don't need the second one), so this is not the problem if it's will be banned.
