@user SmD: That's not exactly true at all. I modified the English Language document text by adding few Arabic words and also I changed the text file from ANSI to Unicode and guess what it works...

Here in the example image, I just added few Arabic words and it's working. I also tested on Unicode big endian (just for test) and it still working too.

@Thread: I don't really want to close this thread, since you want a little help from other users but of course those who are Arabic too. Non-Arabic people can't help you at all to translate the CS2D game. At the moment, I'll let this thread open as long if you don't push with nonsense and shitstorm replies. And of course if this project is still alive, otherwise I'll just close this thread.

that can work but cs2d flip the arabic letters , so :-

quit = خروج (in normal arabic)
when the letters will be flipped it will be
quit = جورخ

in fact we can do it, arabs use in games which don't use arabic letters , they use English arabic

quit becomes "5roj"

@user CampScript: We aren't talking about "Who can speak arabic and english yaaay"

@user lennon: It's not spam as well , he just ask dc to make cs2d accept the arabic letters , as well u always make topics which just about work and etc..

Delete this topic and stop spam

It ain't spam - he's just asking for assistance on translating the game into Arabic.

I personally agree on this as making the game possibly translated to most languages will make it playable to a lot of people.

@user Talented Doge: I looked up the F.A. and I found this file cs2d CHINESE TRANSLATION . But I highly doubt if this translation file is just translated in a bad manner but I don't think so. Maybe you want to check up this translation if there's something wrong or not.

This file was uploaded since 2013 and yet still is not added on the official release. Plus, I'm sure this translation lacks of some translated strings which they are either in English or they don't show up (due to some CS2D update releases with additional things).

I would highly appreciate an Arabic translation. If someone makes one I'll add it to the official release.

I would make it, if you don't mind. But let me make sure that it will display clearly correct.

Dear ZxC, I'm so sorry for saying that but this version of Arabic really suck, I mean I myself need ages to read what is written there, you know I am Arabic tho.. You need to know that Arabic letters shouldn't be split like that, and arabic is used from the right to the left.. IDK if it works on the forum.. but just like that:
وحدة التحكم

لعبة جديدة

خروج

...

you noticed the difference? I hope so..

Arabic Language.
And can you please take a look at this, the same problems are here, but at least it is already done, I don't really know how to fix it..

I liked to say too:
in the image below you can see how usually you type english in Microsoft Office word..

Take a look at the Writing direction, it is from left to right.. But in arabic it is different.. See the image below..

Just for making it clear, how we write Arabic from right to left.. hope it helps
