• Check if the Cookie option is disabled from your Browse, if yes then enable it;
• Try to clear the cookies using a CCleaner for example to delete them and try again;
• If the problem still persist, change your browser to another one.

This issue is happen mostly if you don't allow the cookies on your browser.

i changed the language from the settings but still after i re-open the usgn.de german language shows up
