old CS2D started to lag,with no actual reason.

Last night I was working on a script,and I tested it many times,but after a while,when I opened my CS2D everything seemed to be normal,but when I moved the cursor,the FPS went down,from 49 to 10. What can I do to fix this crap ?
• I lowered my graphic as much as I could
• Of course I tried to reboot the PC.
• I made a virus scan.
• I tried with other 3 CS2D games ( reinstall ) .
What else I can do?
