Hello, I need to know where you can change the properties of weapons.

You only can change a weapons's dmg.

This is not entirely true - you can change weapons by lua - like [EngiN33R] Custom Weapons or by modding as is in Quake 2D Arena beta

This game need posibility of change all properties of weapons in files cfg or in .lua by default

These are not entirely true.. By using the IMG:https://www.unrealsoftware.de/img/i_codehelp.png

setwepprops you can change a weapon's properties. Please note that CTF Flags are not modifiable because it leads to a crash.

He don't hast to. This has been requested already and I'm aware that some people want it (also I'm reading most of the stuff here, including this thread).
