DannyDeth: I can run BF4 on medium/high with a HD 6850 so he will definitely be able to run on quite good settings. He surely won't have to stick to low settings with that video card. I doubt that it will be enough to set EVERYTHING to max though. DC: The 77** cards are quite a bit weaker than the 68** cards, you can see the comparison here.Memory bandwidth is quite a heavy constraint on the Frostbite engine as it uses feedback buffers to construct the geometry of the landscape. It also uses virtual texturing, another bandwidth heavy algorithm.
Side note: the machine I am using now runs a 550Ti which is a tiny bit better than the 7750. The 550Ti hits solid 60 FPS with large explosions bringing it to about 40 on Low settings in Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4 is a tiny, tiny bit slower. hwcompare of 550Ti and 7750
DannyDeth: Ooops! I blindly assumed that the 7750 HD must be faster in general than the 6850 HD because of the higher number. Didn't know that this actually isn't the case... 
DC: Ye, you will see a trend in AMD's 7*** cards to have focused entirely on lower power consumption for 77** and below. 
DannyDeth: didn't know, now i'm buying the 6850, the funny part is that the guy wanted to sell me the 7750 for 2500$, and the 6850 is 1600$, lol 
Nova:I'm guessing it's the currency used in Argentina, where he is from. Not the US dollar.
To pay that much, well.. let's just say it would be cheaper to ship it from around the world. J4x: CPU is barely used in Frostbite. RAM is quite well utilized, though. To estimate a 20FPS increase in a more complicated engine over a better CPU and RAM is very, very wrong.
