what is the program used to make the images of the unreal software comics in the topic stuff?

I used Adobe Flash and a Wacom Graphire 4 pen tablet. There's also a semi transparent texture over the vector graphics to give them some kind of a structure.

Depends. Can you draw and have a pen tablet? Then it's quite easy.

You have no pen tablet? That's a problem. Drawing with the mouse doesn't work very well. You could draw on paper and scan it afterwards though. However coloring the stuff on your PC etc. is much more work that way.

Can't draw? Well... then drawing stuff will probably be a problem.

If you can draw nice things on paper then, you'll easily get used to pen tablet.

Also, you can make it by any programm you want to, you just need some normal skills, and other shit'n stuff.
