Just say "stolen" in comments is not enough to delete file. You also need to prove it. There is thread for it:
Report stolen Uploads here!. Also i think author of original file should report there or users, if the author said that no one can do something with his file. Why the file should be deleted if original author don't care about it?
Example: some people are using my sprites without my permission and no one cares. Seems that people who "care" in fact don't even care about it and just do the spam.

What do you mean by "resized"? Images which were resized? But what about if someone drew image and understood that image is too big and so he resized it? Therefore file must be deleted, because it's resize?
     Another case: if map is using resized tiles therefore the map must be deleted? Why resize of unpopular user should be deleted but resize of popular user shoudn't? Don't you think that it's unfair?
If person resized someone's image without permission and the original author didn't allowed to do this then it's theft and file can be deleted if there is proof.

Similar question: what do you mean by "edited"? People can't edit images/maps/scripts/files even if it's their own or they have permission? Also why you complain only about unpopular files?

At first, yesterday i had no time for site. You saw what happened. Also some people love to say like that: "there is one moderator on site". But they don't see another 7 moderators (they simply are "good").
To people, who said something about 24/7: I never said that i will be/moderators should moderating 24/7. I said that the moderators should spend maximum 3 hours per day on site and no more. Thanks for lying - i laughed heartily. Do you know that there is rule 5.1? The quote just prove you'ren't mature:
