Apples and Oranges
I can easily say that Battlefield 3 is better than Bad Company 2 although EA is the publisher. It's easy to say that BF3 is better because it's the succesor from BFBC2.
Different Engine, different Graphics, different Gameplay and different release date.
In the end it depends on the own opinion. Some people prefer this, other do that.
Game is nice, still playing it.
