How to fix a problem with USGN?
For people who don't read a Latest News.

Quit CS2D

Open the file sys/usgn.dat with a text editor

Go to line 2 and change the value 36963 to 40000

Save the file

Start CS2D

Hey Guys

Open a server is still not working?

I have changed the port of my server to 40000. I can join it with the ip but it is not in the server list
