If I understood correctly I'll try to explain what everyone doesn't understand.

Cake = 100 coins.
Cheese = 100 coins.

He wants to buy cake with cheese since both prices are same.

He understood trade as in Player to player trade but what he wants is a shop that accepts cheese and gives him cake.
