that's ping timeout sometimes the server freezes and you can only walk that's called lag..

Your bomb goes faster then others.... I once had one where at 20 it'd blow up for me, so I guess when you're at 1, it's still high O.o

this is caused by a bad/slow connecting. the bombtimer counts in realtime but the server sends the command for the detonation. if the "explosion"-message of the server needs a long time to arrive the bomb will just explode later than its counter indicates

however -50 is a very high difference! Are you using a speedhack?
This falsifies the bomb timer because it runs faster with a speedhack too.

that only happens to me when i get off a server and connect to another one to fast. get off the server then click update for the servers and reconnect. could be a momentarily lag.
