thats the pointer i cs2d i the menu
Robin sayed this appears as an icon.
This symbol means that you are currently in a target area. On assasination maps this is the area where the vip has to go to let the counter-terrorists win. On hostage rescue maps this is the rescue zone.
Move the hud_symbols.bmp in the gfx/ dir
