The account mail address is - Email address (only visible with login) -
Your account is lost if you don't have access to that e-mail address anymore. The mail address or password has not been changed recently. Also there were no successful logins recently. So if it has been hacked then it was a long time ago.

Use www.unrealsoftware.de/recover to set a new password if you have access to the mail address.
