i said i can connect. only i not see in serverlist..

Oh my god this was discussed so many times on so many levels, even if the user has VPS.
What I can suggest is to restart your VPS. Happened me once.

usgn_addserver via the console. Also make sure sv_lan is set to 0.sv_lan 0 usgn_addserver

sv_lan does allow people to connect via IP, so you should disable it anyways.While the server is offline:
Server.cfg
sv_rcon "your_password" sv_rconusers "6943" sv_lan 0 usgn_addserver
When you are in the server:
rcon_pw "your_password" rcon usgn_addserver
the only problem i didn't see in serverlist...
so only can join by ip...

CONGRATULATIONS! Your server is in the list. The USGN is working 100% properly - as expected!You might not see it yourself in-game due to routing issues (since it's running in your own network). This problem is covered by the FAQ.

In short: The problem exists for yourself but nobody else (outside your own network). And it's not a problem for you either because you can still join by using the LAN list or by connect to IP.

DC: He was using a vps, therefore it's not from the same network.Also, I tried connecting to 81.183.100.212:36964 --> the IP and port that was listed and I could not connect.
On the other hand, 81.183.100.212:36963 does work and I can connect.
However, upon searching for the name "[CS2DHungary]Server #1" or any other variations I could not find it in the master server list. So I believe his problem is valid.

It's not possible to find the server using port 36964 which is entered in the list (that's why it is not displayed in the in-game list). It works with the default port 36963 though.
So use the -realport commandline parameter as
