BUT...Suddenly,when I added something,all obstacles started to lag.
All obstacles started to make a "3x3" cube of dark tiles.
Here is a pic -
Maybe some problems with shadings?

BaDgEr has writtenTry to change something in tile properties. Not this tile, what you used, but one of useless. It works for me (99%)
Okay,I will try
Changed the metal gate tile (Floor - Metal) to (Floor - Wood)
Nothing happened
EDIT: Only real solution is to shut off lighting and advanced shadows.

I had the same problem, my solution was:
Make a backup, save as "my_lolmap2", and remove all entities.
I did it, and it is working.
