WHen i use to play cs2d MOSt people speaked english. Now all the people speak dutch or spanish is it becuase most people that play are dutch or am i an a dutch server

The words are english they just don't speak enlgish 2 years ago i occasional saw people speaking spanish and different language but most people were talking and they were speaking english. Now its deserted with no one talking or there just speaking a different language.
