DannyDeth has writtenwww.w3schools.com is the ultimate tool. Do NOT use website builders, they are shabby and ill-performing, as well as slow loading. If you want to design a website, do it the old fashioned way. There is no truly respected clan that uses a "website builder" in any game.
yeah well at least for the front page:
forums are generally from templates (phpbb, etc)
). Didn't see me using templates, shouldn't see others using templates. 
a simple homepage with links to a forum template is good enough for most clans...(like LaG)
