No, it isn't.
For example. Knowing when to use situational items, builds, and stuff.
When I was starting, I was what everyone calls "a feeder", feeding the enemy team by being an easy kill.
Basically, be cautious, check the map all the time, and be fast.
For example Crystal Maiden. She is a support hero, thus she must aid her team by leveling her Brilliance aura, buying chicken/wards, disabling other heroes, but NOT taking the last hit on a kill. In late game she is extremely fragile and has low killing potential, so it would be useless to grow her by stealing the carry's kills. Faceless Void. This guy has his Timelock ability, paired with good damage and attack speed/armour, so he is a carry. His role is to grow and kill everything. He is very good in late game. Axe. He is a tank, thanks to his 1st skill, Berserker Call which focuses all enemy heroes within an Area of Effect to attack him. His role is to try and focus all the enemies on him, while his carry teammates finish off the enemy heroes. Earthshaker. He is a disabler, by having skills that can stun the enemy. This guy must use all of his skills to stun/stop the enemies, deal lots of damage to them and destroy their combos. Try to practice last hitting/denying creeps. Try to be aware of what happens on the map e.g. if enemy heroes disappear. Call out all the misses on your lane.Remember, you don't win the game by having 10000 kills, you win it by destroying the Tree/Frozen Throne.

A Mad Bro: Dude I do have League of legends but i get enough playin! I want an original DotA! Leage of legend has tons of Powerfull! While DotA has Same Dmg on start! And i know its not so Powerfull but you can gain Dmg by Buying items
. Few of People in our city are playing LOL. We only PLay DotA! 
keys to pwning.. especially starcraft. gotta keep them Clicks per minute UP! If you're having too much trouble online, download the AI add on so you can play with bots.
i dont need to download anything to play with bots or have hotkeys. thats why the founders of Dota made a completely new game.

I think you could set hotkeys, that software is maybe something that simplifies the process or something?
