Sure you know. Look at the bloody dates in the posts' headlines. Then you can see that the date is equal, which is quite logical since bulgaria is still within europe. This is the world map of time zones for everyone to look up which difference of time he has to the host.Germany is in the +1 zone.
I presume that everyone has a clue of geography and is able to find Germany and his own location.
