Can I give a Player a Flag?

I am planning a new script and I need your help.
Is it possible to give a Player a Flag?
Example:

But then this Error is comming:

ERROR: strip - cannot strip 71 - Blue Flag (this would lead to problems)!
Is it possible to fix it?
