Hello. Once i brought my gaming controller to one of my friends.

And i forgot it there.

Then my friend letted his friend borrow the controller. (at his home) without my permision.

And then it got broken.

Who is gonna pay for the damages?

My friend. Or my friends friend.

Note:

My friend should pay because he letted his friend borrow it.

your friend should care about this problem and buy you a new controller/give you the money (because he was responsible). how he gets the money for this should be his own business - but of course he should try to get it from the friend who broke that thing. he has to pay it himself if he doesn't manage to convince his friend to pay.

(I voted for "my friends friend" because that should be the original source of the money)

Whoever damaged it should be paying for the damage. Personally, I'd say your friend who gave it to another friend should be paying for it as he gave it out without your permission whatsoever.

I never said you stole it, and in fact you don't have the same avatar as him, but it causes confusion, and that's what the info says.
