What the hell are you talking about this bloody Paint.NET?
I'm just asking for TUTORIAL and you start to randomly talk about something!

Laggy enterface ? Go wash your eyes, lol.
Paint.NET is fast too, have ALOT of plugins, and if you dumb enough to do not understand P.NET or Gimp interface, thats not the point to call P.NET a shitty program.

I know Paint.NET is better than MS Paint but I am more used to MS Paint than .NET
And I think you dont need any serious skillz to make stuff with it!

I guess that the point to start with. Nowadays if someone will say 'MS Paint tutorial', alot of ppl will recomend better tools. You didnt said in first post you knew it :p
Skills need everywhere, trust me. Even now i have some problems in P.Net, because i dont have enough skills, but they come with time. And yeah, i better stop offtop now xd

Better skins? GET GIMP! (lol, jokin' :L)

You know, there are many methods to shade in MS Paint, but Paint is crappy in it.
There are tons of another programs, whose can do it better, easier, and faster, without wasting time.

@Nemesis:
Answer to Q 1: Yes, he's Shangihimimi thingy/Wriggle.

And, so y'all know, DC used Paint.NET for quite a few ( maybe all, not sure ) of the standard CS2D weapons. And shading with a gradient is a really bad idea anyway, Joap.
