I need help with some problem i dont know how many people are playing this but this is my problem:

When i try to launch the game from steam it says that it is loading so wait....
20 minutes later the screen was already gone but still nofing happend to make it short:
I cant launch the game from steam or my desktop.
I searched already on there forums and i couldnt find anything
So i hope i get some help here...

I used that tool to see if my PC can handle Left 4 Dead (I play L4D in another different one), I put everything right and downloading the JavaScript plugin.
But then nothing happened. The page just says "Gathering information...". I've restarted it for like 3 or 4 times and it is still the same...
