I need a kind of moderator script like that the script is checking there USGN ID and those people if they talk will have a different colour text and they can kick or ban people.

Hey, my friend. I've got a script that changes message's color of people with specified USGN ID.

maybe this is what you're searching for.
But when you say moderator script, do you mean like a script that changes the color of people's messages and stuff like that or a full on script that has moderator privaldges like banning/kicking people?
