What exactly?I cant see any difference.

I was quite in hurry then, so I forgot to explain everything.
It's map zoom in/out function.

One of most important features is fully finished.
You can set scale of shadows & lights layers and latter stretch it in CS2D Map Editor.
It's not scaling the image, but sets scale of shadows & lights calculations.
Well, for example: 3 scale modes:
(Map size is 1024*480 pixels or 32*15 tiles)

1.
Scale: 1X (Normal)
Image size: 32.5KB
IMG:https://img831.imageshack.us/img831/1844/20003152.th.png

2.
Scale: 0.5X (2 times smaller)
Image size: 15.6KB
IMG:https://img840.imageshack.us/img840/2061/05x.th.png

3.
Scale: 0.25X (4 times smaller)
Image size: 7.48KB
IMG:https://img401.imageshack.us/img401/8356/025x.th.png

4.
Scale: 0.125X (8 times smaller)
Image size: 3.48KB
IMG:https://img836.imageshack.us/img836/6290/0125x.png

Gameplay with just (2 * 3.5) KB size layers (0.125X Scale)
Though, doesn't look very smooth, but that's the lowest quality

i know a lot of people is asking the same, but there is a release date?

Well, I could release it right now, however my way is to make stuff thoroughly.
I would like to keep this at least for a week more.
Yet, I should prepare some manual/help functions in the tool.
Moreover, I can't find more than 5 hours a week for this project.
Oh right, I'm also ill right now.

I think, i´ts because one is for the shadows and the other one is for the light...

Read this:

At the moment, this tool generates two layers - Shadows & Lights.
After exporting it as images (compressed - PNG format), you're applying them though CS2D map editor.

Light layer uses Light Blend Mode and 30% Transparency.
Shadow layer uses Shade Blend Mode.
Shadow layer should be applied over Light layer.

So, generated and exported layers looks like that:
Shadow Layer

Light Layer

These two layers has only 84kb size.

That's example of how lights reacts with walls and other light sources.
You can move mouse and figure it out.
Anyway, just an idea to implement something like this in CS2D.

and again its awesome

those light are cool, if that will be in cs2d, that would rock, if it will not cause much lags in-game
but anyway, cool :3
