Too bad it needs a 'compatibility mode' for older maps with separate .txt briefings :S
Together with an optional setting to prevent the editing of a map by other users (via USGN [oh wait that's Unreal Software now]) it might decrease the amount of 'stolen' maps.

multiple entities on one tile: that would be pretty complicated since certain entity functions would interfere.. and i think it could require a new file format for .map but i'm not sure
sv_shutdown = (rcon) quit (+ an lua timer if u want a delay)

force_say = pointless..

It is already possible in the current version.
With hud_deathnotice_time (this command is not in the CS2D command reference!) you can change the time in seconds how long the death notices should be shown. This means, a value of 0 shows them 0 seconds, meaning that they never appear!

It is implemented for kick with the same syntax as you suggested it. However, the reason parameter should be, like all strings in CS2D script, in quotes if it has contains at least one space. For some unknown reason DC didn't add a reason parameter for banname, banip and banusgn yet.

return the OLD maps like (as_plane,as_oilrig,de_train,druglab and etc.)

It was lot of work to get them to work for the new version because they are annoying graphics behaviours which I had to fix first.
The file is also 10 MiB big, extracted 25 MiB! And better don't override existing files if you don't need to.

theres already have an speedhack detecter, but it doesnt work nice, it can kick innocent players. and it cant kick the hackers.
and theres no detecter for AIMER s cuz a aim cant affect ping.

i want MORE silenced weapons like awp, mp5..
