Model doesnt work in game.

i made an eyeball model for the gross factor and it will not load up when i cheat for it. its a 3ds model but most of my models work perfectly fine. ive had this problem before with another item but gave up when i found out it wouldent work.
pm me your email if you want the model. also you need anim8or for it to work. i felt like submitting it after testing a little but...i need help to get it TO FREAKING WORK!
