I can still join servers by entering the IP address manually and play the game fine... but my server list is completely useless and I can not log into USGN to build my rank.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

check your firewall settings (windows firewall as well).

have you turn on your internet?
USGN account is used to login in CS2D, not the UnrealSoftware forums one. If that's not the problem, then do what DC said. Firewalls usually end up doing these kinds of things. [Happened to me before... <.<]

And it's usgn.de, USGN.com took me to some random website about Nanospace.
Open your CS2D folder, go to /sys/ and open usgn.dat
replace the first line (there should be usgn.de) with:
85.214.77.150
save, and start the game.

hey.. i cange it and i cant login in cs2d.. why ??
Changing the file makes no sense if you are able to login without changes already because the same server is used for logins and the serverlist.
1
