First off I paid 79.99$ to buy this game on eBay and after I have expeirenced a few problems I asked him to help me out and he gave me this link to this forum for customer service, so I hope you guys can help me out here..
Now I been playing this game for about a week and I finally figured out how to build tent.. who would of tought that you gotta use cotton on itself to make string.. Anyway thats not a problem.. I finally got to the part in the game where I can sustain the stranded persons hunger:
I mean it's amazing dude this guy ate like 6 lions, 2 turtles, and 4 monkeys in 2 days and that still wasn't enough, he actually made the lion, monkey, and turtle population extinct so one of my problems is I wanted to become a professional spearmen and experiment with teeth and now I will never be able to do that, another thing I need 11 more skins to build my raft to get off the island already (I don't think the guys gonna survive on the raft anyway since he gets hungry every 5 mins and you can only hold 25,000 grams) and I cant get anymore skins.. I guess I can shoot down the vulchers but they fly down so fast and my sling shot doesnt even reach them GODDDDD
Anyway as I was saying I build a hugeeeeeeee garden of grapes which I sustain myself I got my farming skill as u guys can see in ur databases that I got a farming of like 250 so I got a very big garden, been taking good care of it i built like 100 fences all around it so the monkeys dont eat them.. theres only like 20 trees left in the game thats finally when I stopped getting abuse scrapping for food like a bum in the streets then guess what happend dude? I got a little greedy and built a trap and slept it off for the night then when i woke up the trap was closed so i came clsoe to it to see whats going on then when i opened it nothing was in there next thign i know i get attacked by something (p.s. almost had a heart attak) anyway i turned around it was a fucking scorpion.. i never seen it before in my lifeeeee dude and guess what happend dude i got posioned and anyway i thought since this guy is so fat his body can fight off the posion in due time so i slept it off for liek 10 days im almost out of grapes and i dont know what to do i cant risk dying cause my last save is when i was posionsed so theres no point in playing an inevitable game..
personally i dont understand why a game that cost 80$ couldnt afford to make an anti-posiion GODDDDDD
i mean sure it would require some crazy chemisty that a stranded person cant do but when we think about it.. they got some crazy shit on this island that is impossible..
for example the automatic arrow shooting guard towers, you would need a computer with a crazy coding to do that..
so anyway ya im posioned i been suffering for about a week now i dont know what to do i ate pretty much everything from worms to slime to mushrooms to herbs i dont know what to do im getting scared i dont wanna die u know.. i suffered a long time.. GOD can someone help me out god
btw im getting rather lonely on the island the pirate gets pretty boring after a while u guys should send some more ppl on the island

anyways, there is a method to anti-poison yourself, I just don't know it at the moment

Maybe you should have cooked the meat first. That makes it more filling.
Slingshots can reach the birds in the air. You just have to get a little higher somehow. A hill should work. Jumping works too if they're not too high up. You could also make another weapon that can reach further. Your spears should work. I don't use spears much... So I don't know. Unless you destroyed the parrot's spawn point, there should be a parrot spawning everyday also.
Why don't you fish..? Combine a branch with a cord to make a fishing pole. You don't need bait to fish at fishing areas. If you fish at other areas you need bait... but you seem to know how to obtain bugs and worms so you're ok. Fish are the best meat source. Then build some bownets once your skill rises a bit. You have a good chance of getting a fish in each one everyday.
A little less effective but you could always go down into the water to get the fish. Either chase 'em with a weapon or pelt 'em with something.
You could always make bread. Wheat is easy to grow and harvest. You only need 3 plants (Which produce 3 units of grain each) to make flour. Then you can mix with water and use it on a fire to make a VERY filling bread. Easy stuff.
Put one of those defense towers near your trap. In theory, it should kill the scorpions you might catch.
Health potion? There are three ways to make one. There should be a way to make an anti-poison... but I don't know how to make it. Here's the three methods of making the health potion:

it's your own fault when you buy a game for 80$ which costs 0$. from where exactly did you get it? please give me the link. I didn't give anyone the permission to sell my games.. Dude, is this a joke? Haven't you searched Stranded 2 on google to find information about it BEFORE buying it?

yah... I really hope that this just a bad joke. otherwise I want to have the 80$ since this is my game. nobody has the rights to sell it.
@pkedpker: besides brewing a healing potion you can also eat bitterroot or drink much wine / eat much grapes. this will make you puke and puking removes the poison.
moreover you can leave the island and you will spot more people on others islands. however to do that you have to speak with the pirate (E) and do what he wants. Eating bitteroot removes poison? Damn.... I thought I tried that already!
