How can i access server settings like server name, map change and other options. If there is no menu, commands would be good. i tried:

sv_server name
rcon server name
server name
sname

first of all:
read the ingame help of cs2d (help in main menu) about rcon!

secondly:
there are several ways to find out how the commands are called.
• open the file sys/server.cfg with a texteditor! there you will finde some general commands
• open ingame options->more there you will find a lot of additional commands
• search the command at http://www.cs2d.com/help.php?cat=server (page doesn't contain all commands yet)

for this time I'll tell you the command: cs2d cmd sv_name
I hope next time when you search a command you can find it yourself
