How to play the Menu-scenario?
4 replies First of all, forgive my bad English, it's not my natal language.
I could almost swear I knew a way to play in "testing mode" the island which was shown at a given moment at the menu screen if you pressed some key. But I can't remember which key. And I could be also wrong, and be just confusing it with another game.
I've searched the forum for "menu screen" "menu", and I've searched with Google for a million text strings, with no answer.
I do know you can press F12 and it will "Test mode" some little island with a palm tree only. But that's not the island shown in the menu. The key I say was supposed to allow you to play the exact island shown at that moment.
Anyone could help me? two ways.
1. go to editor, load menu, and press F12 to test it
2. or go to sys in dir folder, click on game, and change the 0 next to multiplayer to 1 (dosn't work) then go to play the "multiplayer"(dosn't work) and click on creat than ignore msgs and click on host or what ever it has. Oh yeah i think i forgot to mention- multiplayer dosn't work! lol

forget the multiplayer thing
just start the editor from the main menu and open "menu/menu.s2"! this is the map shown in the main menu. Afterwards press F12 to play it. You could also just copy the file to the regular maps folder to be able to start it from the menu. Thank you very much.
