Putting something up before its finnished
means that you want some good critics reviewing while you are already "at it".

By experience, when things get officially called "finished", any eventual issues will rarely get fixed..

People are always complaining..

If it's not done then there is no need to upload it. It's like MAX-Russia's thread about his mod for SII. He must upload it WHEN finished, not sooner. There is no reason why you should give someone something not finished.
