This is good, very good. I like your skins, and please make some 2D template players because I really like your player skins.

Offtopic: If when you are shooting and shot light apears I wonder if it's flare3.bmp so I'm planning to change mine

You're a genius! Its an effective way to make renders huh?
But step no.5 is wrong, (raindrop is correct)I exported the map and make the rest from there with MS Paint..

I know how you do that
1. Ground from Dust or CS2D tile set
2. Add two palms
3. Add car sprites and soldier sprites
4. Use flare3 for shot light
5. Use raindrop for bullets, screen it in specator
Shadow, text and done
I like it!

Oh, the head is of course small but I made the helmet bigger so it look nice with the other parts of that player skin..
